My journey began in the northeastern corner of Italy, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia—a region where the dinner table is the sacred center of every home. Growing up surrounded by the rustic, authentic flavors of the North, I learned early on that Italian cuisine is more than just food; it is a deep respect for history, land, and the art of gathering.

With a background in Marketing, I view hospitality through a different lens. I believe a truly great dinner is a masterpiece of design—an experience where every detail, from the provenance of the ingredients to the rhythm of the service, is carefully orchestrated to create a lasting memory.

This vision led to the creation of The Italian Ingredient.

As the founder and creative director, I personally curate every menu and supervise every experience to ensure it aligns with our uncompromising standards of authenticity. To bring this vision to life, I collaborate with a select circle of professional chefs—experts with years of high-end restaurant experience and rigorous culinary training.

Together, we function as an atelier: I design the concepts and share the cultural "know-how," while our chefs bring their technical mastery to your kitchen. Occasionally, you’ll find me personally at the stove, but my primary mission is to ensure that every dish served under our name tells a true story of Italian tradition.
